2019 update: I would highly recommend Ranjani as a real estate agent. Ranjani helped us in getting our first home in Bothell area. She helped answer all our questions patiently and was thorough professional! We literally made offer within a day (with minimal preparation) and she spent hours negotiating with the seller until we got all the things we wanted! In middle of the closing period we had international travel schedule but she was always on top of things even with the lender and the builder. We couldnt have asked a better realtor!
